We had a brilliant experience using Swags and Drapes - I would not hesitate to recommend them. I didn’t have a clue what would work when Russell arrived to have a look at our 6m wide sliding doors. Russell listened to me and talked me through the options. He had brought lots of samples, but as the rest of the family were not about we went along to the shop to have a look at the full range of fabrics the next day. It was great being able to do this and the ladies in the shop were friendly and helpful. When Russell came to fit the blinds, he was very friendly, explained what he was doing and how the blinds worked in detail. He was quick and tidy and left us with an amazing set of blinds. We are so glad we chose Swags and Drapes for our electric blinds - I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Russell and team

We wish we could have given more than 5 stars to this wonderful business. We used Swags and Drapes a few years ago for our bedroom curtains and were absolutely delighted with the service and quality of the curtains. We have two very large picture windows in our through lounge and having just decorated we wanted beautiful curtains. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. Carol and the ladies in the shop couldn't do enough showing us lots of material and styles etc. Russell came out to measure up and give advice which helped enormously. He then came back and fitted the curtains perfectly. We decided later we would like some swag tie backs which were made to perfection- Russell came today and fitted the tie backs but through no fault of his saw the there was a hidden electric cable where one of the tie backs would go. He stayed much longer than he had expected and worked around the problem as well as tidying up leaving us with beautifully framed picture windows. Russell, Carol and team are very professional but also have great rapport with their customers. We feel we have known Russell for years 🤣👍👍 we highly recommend Swags and Drapes👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Ordered a 'perfect fit' blind for our ensuite bathroom and Russ provided a first class service. Arrived when he said he would to measure up, was very patient whilst I decided on colour and pattern, quoted the price and how long it would take for the blind to be ready (4weeks). Russ then rang to say the blind was ready, came and fitted it and it is a 'perfect fit'. Brilliant.Privacy when you need it but the blind doesn't obscure the whole window when up or down. So pleased. Thank you Swags & Drapes.
